About Me

Before retiring as a psychotherapist, I spent the last 25 years helping people find solutions to life’s problems. First through my book, The Rest of the Way, helping families build bridges back to one another, then with my children’s book, Maya and the Magic Swing, teaching young children that no one is perfect, we all make mistakes. Next with a short rhyming book, Life with ADD, showing in a funny and honest way how ADD affects people’s lives,and currently, by telling meaningful stories on YouTube called, Stories to Change Your Life, to help people make a difference in their lives.
